The foundation relies on the generosity of donors to help bring rehabilitative medicine to the people of Haiti. We have provided the following information so potential donors can see how their contributions can provide substantial benefits to disabled Haitians — through direct services or through the training of Haitian rehabilitation specialists. We also welcome in-kind donations (see below).

HOW TO DONATE

The Healing Hands for Haiti International Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. All donations, cash or in kind, are tax deductible. To make a donation with a credit card, simply visit JustGive right now.

MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND GIFTS IN-KIND

In the past, we have acted as a clearinghouse for medical supplies and will gladly accept all sorts of donations. Supplies we have accepted in the past include:

• Plastic supports of a flail foot
• Wheelchairs
• Joints and plastic for paralyzed leg bracing
• Below knee artificial limbs
• Above the knee artificial limbs
• Below elbow prosthesis
• Above elbow prosthesis
• Equipment & materials for 2 students in Rehabilitation Aide Training Program - $1000
• Sponsor 1 health care professional from US or Canada to teach & train for 1 month in Haiti - $1450
• Sponsor a patient for special needs surgery (amputations, tumors, club feet) - $500-1000
